Foundations Program

Ages 6-8

The Foundations Program is designed to introduce children to basic practices that will become an important part of success in soccer at any level. More importantly, though, this program will show children how fun soccer can be, growing their love and passion for the beautiful game.

Footwork Essentials

Through footwork drills and scrimmages, your child will develop the ability to move their feet quickly with and without the ball. This will enhance their ability to change direction and defend, alongside building competency for skill moves.

Comfortable with Ball

One of the most important abilities of a soccer player is how comfortable they are with the ball. This program will introduce your child to several drills and games that can improve their understanding of how to keep the ball close to their feet in a controlled way.

Physical Development

Alongside skill development, our program ensures child remains active and fit Through a combination of engaging games and structured drills, we create a dynamic learning environment that promotes both physical fitness and personal growth.

Keeping Head Up

In order to be able to teach children the importance of passing, the child must be conditioned to looking up when they have the ball at their feet. Therefore, this is one of the things we emphasize throughout the foundational program.
