Our Mission

HAP Futsal-Fútbol Club is dedicated to developing players through professional coaching, structured training, and a long-term development pathway. Led by experienced coaches with international and professional backgrounds, HAP provides an elite environment focused on maximizing each player’s potential.

Henry Perales

CEO + Founder

Henry Perales brings extensive youth development experience to HAP. After playing professionally in MLS and USL, he transitioned into coaching and served as Head Coach of Peru’s U15 National Team in Peru, Head Coach in the Olympic Development Program (ODP), and Director of Soccer at Soccer For Life. His experience working with elite youth players domestically and internationally ensures HAP athletes train in a professional and structured environment.

Jose Guidino

Coach

Jose Guidino brings elite professional and youth development experience to HAP. He made 77 appearances in Peru’s first division and competed in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, South America’s top club competitions. Following his playing career, Jose transitioned into youth coaching, where he applies professional standards, tactical knowledge, and firsthand experience to develop the next generation of players. His background ensures HAP athletes train in a disciplined, high-level, and development-focused environment.

Matheus França

GK Coach

Matheus plays Division I college soccer at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he started 16 games this season and recorded 5 clean sheets, helping the Knights achieve a 13–5–3 record. He played a key role in FDU winning the NEC regular season title, the NEC Conference Tournament, and earning a berth in the NCAA Tournament. His performances earned him four NEC Prime Performer honors, recognizing him among the conference’s top players. In addition to his playing career, Matheus is actively involved in coaching youth players, bringing current high-level collegiate experience, modern training methods, and a strong focus on technical and positional development to help HAP athletes reach their full potential.
